1. Who we are
Cytogent is a service operated by WelloWork AB (“WelloWork”, “we”), a limited company registered in Sweden.
2. Access
Access is granted by request and review only. We may decline or withdraw access at our discretion. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the service for lawful research purposes. You may not use it to make clinical decisions about individual patients, to process data you have no right to process, or to attempt to extract models or datasets beyond the granted scope.
4. Your data
You keep ownership of data you bring to the service. You grant WelloWork the rights needed to operate the service for you. We do not use your project data to train shared models.
5. Outputs
Agent outputs are research aids. They may be wrong. You are responsible for verifying any output before relying on it.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided as is during early access. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by Swedish law, WelloWork's liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Sweden.
